About the Municipality

The municipality was established in 1997 as the first project committee by the first president, Haj Ali Hassan al-Omar. It was later developed into a village council and then moved to the municipality of category C in 2005. It has established an independent building for the municipality located at the western end of the area on Saladin Street.

About the City

The Municipality of Al-Fakhari is within the influence of Khan Younis Governorate.
