Completing the first aid course for the staff at Al-Fukhari Sanitary Landfill

The Joint Service Council for Solid Waste Management for Local Authorities in Khan Younis, Rafah and Middle Area Governorates has finished training course in first aid for workers in the Al-Fukhari Sanitary Landfill. 

The training course include (30) training hours, which were implemented by the Palestinian Red Crescent Society Emergency and Ambulance Service, in order to train landfill staff on how to deal with various injuries and accidents, that they might encounter on the job site.

The training course comes to enhance and strengthen safety procedures at the landfill in order to maintain the health and safety of employees permanently.
